The postage/handling and packing fee for merchandise and/or the booking/handling and postage fee for tickets is £3.99 for the TOTAL order. This allows us to offer a personal service with your order being processed directly by Caroline or Paula.
All goods are sent out by Royal Mail First Class post. Delivery is usually next day if your order is received before 12.30pm on a normal working day. Orders received over a weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day
Europe and Southern Ireland
A delivery fee of £7.00 applied to small items under 2kgs. Delivery times are normally between 4 and 7 days.
If your order is over 2kg you may be subject to additional postage costs, you will be contacted by the IH office to discuss this if it applies to your order.
